The E-Governance and Governance Unit is committed to developing and implementing modern electronic systems and governance policies that contribute to improving institutional performance, simplifying administrative procedures, and enhancing integrity and accountability, in accordance with approved legislation and instructions.

• Preparing periodic reports on the level of digital transformation and governance.

• Reducing reliance on paper and supporting environmental sustainability.

• Supporting accreditation and quality requirements related to e-governance.

• Following up on complaints and feedback related to electronic services.
