Student Activities Unit

Vision:

The unit seeks to provide an integrated program in education, training, and management by organizing sports and artistic activities to support the athletic and artistic journey inside and outside the college, and organizing the cultural aspect through festivals, conferences, and seminars for our college's students, and elevating the level of preparing the ideal student to serve the homeland by providing a suitable atmosphere to practice their hobbies.

Mission:

• Refining and developing students' athletic and artistic talents and working to develop them.

• Encouraging students to develop leadership spirit through participation in conferences, seminars, festivals, and others, whether inside or outside the college.

• Instilling a spirit of cooperation and self-reliance among the college's students and encouraging them to develop themselves for future benefit.

Objectives:

• Organizing and holding sports, artistic, and cultural activities.

• Working to develop the intellectual aspect and encouraging students toward leadership and pioneering spirit in shaping the college's students.

• Using modern training methods and developing students' skills to establish the college's team.

• Contributing to holding sports and artistic tournaments among the academic departments within the college.

• Working to connect the community with youth energies through the role of faculty members.

• Working to conclude agreements with universities and colleges for academic, sports, and cultural exchange.

• Planning, organizing, and supervising cultural, sports, artistic, and social student activities within the college.

• Developing students' talents, refining their creative abilities, and encouraging initiative and teamwork.

• Organizing various student tournaments, competitions, and events.

• Supervising student teams and clubs and following up on their activities.

• Strengthening the sense of belonging to the college and instilling positive university values among students.

• Organizing volunteer activities and community service in cooperation with relevant parties.

• Representing the college in joint university activities and events with other universities.

• Coordinating with academic departments and administrative units to implement student activities.

• Documenting activities and events and preparing periodic reports on them.

• Providing a safe and motivating environment for student participation in various activities.
